By downloading, installing, or using ARMi, you agree to these Terms of Service:

You must be at least 18 years old to use ARMi.

You agree to use ARMi only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn’t violate anyone’s rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the app or violate these terms.

You own the content you create in ARMi — including notes, reminders, and photos.

By using ARMi, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide and improve app functionality.

We don’t claim ownership or reuse your content outside of ARMi’s operation.

You’re responsible for:

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at team@armi.app.

If you subscribe to ARMi Pro or other paid features, payments are processed through Apple or Google’s systems.

Cancellations and refunds follow their respective policies.

We don’t handle direct payments or refunds.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

We’ll do our best to notify users in advance when major changes occur.

ARMi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You use the app at your own risk.

ARMi, LLC and its team are not liable for any damages or data loss resulting from your use of the app.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow this limitation — in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law.

Your use of ARMi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your data.

You may delete your account and data by contacting us at team@armi.app.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
